For engagements involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), data handling, marking, and safeguarding follow 32 CFR Part 2002 requirements. 6. Federal Data Considerations

When Tereda Labs processes data under federal contracts, additional privacy and security requirements may apply beyond those described in this website privacy policy. These may include:

  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) — Handled in accordance with 32 CFR Part 2002 and agency-specific CUI guidance. CUI is not collected through this website.
  • Federal Contract Information (FCI) — Safeguarded per FAR 52.204-21 basic safeguarding requirements.
  • Incident reporting — Cyber incidents involving covered defense information are reported to the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) within 72 hours per DFARS 252.204-7012.
  • Data sovereignty — All data processed under federal engagements is stored and processed within the continental United States on US-hosted infrastructure.

Privacy and data handling requirements for specific engagements are governed by the terms of the applicable contract and may impose additional obligations beyond this general policy.
