All with battery-efficient adaptive polling that preserves device life during long shifts.
Privacy is built into the architecture. GPS data is automatically purged after a configurable retention period. Location tracking respects off-duty boundaries. The system collects what's operationally necessary and retains only what's legally required — nothing more.

Real-Time GPS Tracking

Geofencing with Automatic Alerts
Geographic boundaries around operational zones, restricted areas, and safety perimeters. Automatic notifications on zone entry and exit. Complex polygon shapes, time-based activation windows, and multi-zone overlap detection supported.
Battery-Efficient Adaptive Polling
Location tracking that adapts to context. Stationary personnel — low frequency. Movement detected or geofence boundary approaching — frequency increases automatically. All-day awareness without killing batteries by noon. Configurable per role and per operation.
Location-Verified Time Logging
Clock events stamped with GPS coordinates. Audit-grade timekeeping that proves physical presence at assigned locations. Eliminates ghost timekeeping and disputes over on-site presence. Immutable time records with full audit trail.
GPS-Stamped Photo Documentation
Field photos automatically tagged with GPS coordinates, timestamps, and operator identity. Linked to specific operations and inspection records. Immutable visual evidence chain — every photo proves what was seen, where, when, and by whom.
Automatic GPS Data Purge
Location data permanently deleted after configurable retention — 30, 60, 90, or custom days. Privacy compliance enforced architecturally, not by policy. No manual cleanup, no forgotten archives, no liability from indefinite location storage.
Lone Worker Safety
Timed check-in system for solo field personnel. If a worker fails to respond within the configured window, Flatline triggers automated escalation: supervisor notification, GPS location broadcast, and emergency contact alert. Designed for lone workers in remote or high-risk environments where communication failure could mean physical danger.
Check-in intervals are configurable per worker and per assignment — a 15-minute window for high-risk inspections, a 2-hour window for routine fieldwork. Escalation chains are customizable: first the direct supervisor, then the safety officer, then emergency services with last-known GPS coordinates. Every check-in and every escalation is logged immutably.
